Answer: Creditors can still pursue collections from you, on any debts that you signed/co-signed on during your marriage, even if the divorce decree says that your ex is responsible for paying them.
You may be able to pursue remedies under state law against your ex once the bankruptcy case is resolved (either through a lifting of the stay or a discharge on the case), but such relief will not erase your personal liability to the creditors unless you yourself file for bankruptcy relief.
